ABOUT US
Arisu Authentic Korean BBQ originates from Korean migrants who want to share the authentic taste of Korean Culinary with friends in the Greater Vancouver Community. The dedication to the traditional methods of Korean food has passed from generation to generation and Lee’s family’s grandson took over his family’s culinary legacy in 2016 as ARISU.
3 PRINCIPLES
Our ideology is simple. Follow the traditional methods with the highest ingredients. We are the first Korean restaurant to serve Canadian Prime graded beef (the finest) to our guests and we are continually sourcing directly with our vendors to control the quality of our ingredients and meats. Not only we want to serve good Authentic Korean foods to our friends, but we also want to introduce the real Korean culinary culture to our most diversified neighbourhood.
